UK Delivery:
Standard UK delivery is free, and Express delivery costs £3.
Deliveries will be made by Royal Mail and the estimated delivery time is 3 - 5 working days for standard UK delivery and 1-2 working days for express UK delivery.

Returns Policy:
Please note that we will not refund any postage fees (except if the goods are faulty or if you have received a wrong product).

As William and Watson Ltd is located in an EU member state (the UK), our Returns Policy is in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive 2014.

You, (the Customer), may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Within this time frame, you can change your mind and return products without providing a reason.

You may, but are not obliged to, complete a Returns form and send it to us. The Returns form is located with every order on the My Purchases page in your Customer dashboard.

You may return any goods, within 14 days of receiving the goods. Goods will still need to be in a resalable condition, and we may make partial refunds in some cases. If you properly exercise your right of return, we will issue a full refund, including the original cost of delivery, within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or evidence that the item has been shipped back.

Privacy Policy:
We will not disclose your information to any of our employees, officers, insurers, professional advisers, agents, suppliers or subcontractors.
