Returns Policy:
Please note that we will not refund any postage fees (except if the goods are faulty or if you have received a wrong product).
As Rocket68 is located in an EU member state (the UK), our Returns Policy is in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive 2014.
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Within this time frame, you can change your mind and return products without providing a reason.
You may, but are not obliged to, complete a Returns form and send it to us. The Returns form is located with every order on the My Purchases page in your Customer dashboard.
You may return any goods, within 14 days of receiving the goods. Goods will still need to be in a resalable condition, and we may make partial refunds in some cases. If you properly exercise your right of return, we will issue a full refund, including the original cost of delivery, within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or evidence that the item has been shipped back.

About This Store:
Established in 2012 by illustrator and designer, Jill White, Rocket68 produces beautifully illustrated greetings cards, art prints, stationery, and homeware, with a zingy flavour.
The company was born out of a love for the joy of receiving a tasteful card which you can proudly place on your mantel piece. We are passionate about strong design and we apply attention to detail throughout the design and printing process.
Jill has been in the design world for 24 years, and has collaborated with many companies; illustrating for Hallmark, and Marks & Spencer, along with many more renowned brands. Her work can be found in shops in Europe, and as far afield as Hong Kong, and New Zealand.
