All available items will be shipped in 1-3 business days, after receipt of payment, by registered mail with tracking number, in order to check the delivery status.

RETURNS
All items are handmade with lots of care and attention, please allow small imperfections due to the nature of handmade work.
No returns accepted, unless the item you receive is not as advertised. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us before leaving a neutral or negative feedback.
If your item arrives broken or damaged and you wish to replace the item, please notify us first within 14 days of receipt. A replacement will be made once the item is returned. The item must be placed in relevant packaging to safeguard its return, and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs. The shipping back to you will be at our expense.
There is no refund for items not received due to incorrect address.

About This Store:
Orikomi is an eco-friendly brand, created in November 2013, and is based on developing products that blend origami techniques with lighting.
Orikomi products, inspired by clean lines and geometric shapes, are carefully handcrafted, in Lisbon, Portugal, using high quality paper with a wide variety of colors.
Ana Morgado and Carmo Caldeira, both with an architectural background, are responsible for the brand development.
Orikomi follows the principle that design should be economic and affordable, but also perfectionist and ambitious, especially considering the importance of lighting to guarantee quality in interior spaces. Orikomi lamps, as highly recyclable products that promote the use of energy-saving lamps, make a statement as an alternative lighting solution with low impact on the environment but with a high impact aesthetically.
